The Stack That Works in Production

We tried many tools. This stack finally survived:

1. Trigger Layer

We use n8n. It runs on a 6 dollar VPS. It listens to Gmail and forms.

2. Brain Layer

We use GPT-4o. One agent, three tools only.

3. Memory Layer

We use Postgres. It remembers every past chat with same lead.

4. Guardrail Layer

Hard rules. If deal size is less than 5k, do not book. Send Loom video instead.

Results After 90 Days

Client A: 112 leads, 53 meetings booked

Client B: 89 leads, 34 meetings booked

Rehnova: 67 leads, 31 meetings booked

Cost: 41 dollars per month in OpenAI.
