These Terms of Service govern your access to Rehnova Digitals' website and engineering services. By accessing our platform or engaging our services, you agree to these service terms.
2. Scope of Services
Rehnova Digitals provides software engineering, autonomous AI agents, enterprise ops platforms, and technical consulting. Specific deliverables, milestone schedules, and fees are defined in executed Statements of Work (SOW).
3. 100% Code & IP Ownership Transfer
Upon completion of final milestone payment, Rehnova Digitals transfers full, unencumbered ownership of all custom codebase, repository access, and project documentation to the client. No hostage hosting, vendor cages, or locked keys.
4. Confidentiality & NDAs
All client disclosures, codebase access, and project discussions are protected under mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). We maintain strict operational privacy across all client engagements.
